Our Presbyter: Rev. Nikolaos D. Pelekoudas

Holy Trinity Greek Church of Lowell has had the pleasure of having Fr. Nikolaos Pelekoudas serving as a Presbyter since 2009. He was born in Athens, Greece before residing in the Greater Lowell, Massachusetts area. He is married to Presvytera Linda (Evangelia) and together they have four wonderful children: Dimitrios, Marilena, Efthalia, and Themistocles. “Father Nick” as we lovingly call him is a special one of a kind priest who has the most exquisite balance of Faith, Culture, Organization, Leadership, Knowledge, and Empathy. We are proud to have his family be part of our family and altogether welcome other families to join our Greek Orthodox Family.

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios installed two clergymen this week who will guide their respective parishes into new chapters in the history of each community.  Fr. Nikolaos Pelekoudas was installed as Pastor of the Holy Trinity Church in Lowell, MA on Sunday, August 2…  Said His Eminence, “To you and to the congregation I address the words Saint Paul wrote to the Christians living in Rome, ‘I appeal to you, brethren, to take note of those who create dissension and difficulties, in opposition to the doctrine which you have been taught; avoid them.  For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by fair and flattering words they deceive the hearts of many.’ (Romans 16, 17-18)”
